# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 190°C (375°F) to prepare for baking the croissant rolls.
02 - Unroll the croissant dough onto a clean surface. Separate the triangles from the perforations and lay them out flat.
03 - Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on each triangle. Layer 2-3 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
04 - Starting from the wider side of the triangle, roll the dough tightly to form crescent shapes while enclosing the filling.
05 - Use a pastry brush to evenly coat the tops of the rolled croissants with melted butter.
06 - Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil over the buttered rolls for added flavor.
07 - Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring sufficient space between them. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
08 - Allow the croissant rolls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy while warm.

# Notes:

01 - The rolls pair well with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
02 - You can prepare the dough and filling in advance to save time.
