Heat oven to 325°F. Line muffin tin with paper liners and spray with cooking spray.

Mix crushed cookies with butter and salt. Press into liners.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs, sugar, Baileys, sour cream, flour, vanilla and salt.

Coat chocolate chips with remaining flour, fold into batter. Fill crusts.

Bake 20 minutes until almost set. Cool 30 minutes, then chill 2 hours.

Top with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and mini chips.
