08 - Maraschino cherries
09 - Reserved pecans for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, drained crushed pineapple, and lemon juice. Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping to create a creamy mixture.
02 - Divide the prepared filling evenly between the two graham cracker pie crusts, smoothing the top with a spatula.
03 - Top the pies with maraschino cherries and sprinkle the reserved pecans over the surface for decoration.
04 - Place the pies in the freezer and allow them to set for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled or semi-frozen.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the pineapple is fully drained to prevent the filling from being too thin.
02 - For a more festive look, use green and red cherries during the holidays.
03 - The pies can be frozen for long-term storage but should not be refrozen after thawing.
