# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 12 ounces egg noodles
03 - 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

→ Sauce

04 - 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
05 - 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles (Rotel)
06 - 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Cheese Topping

11 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
13 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Brown ground beef over medium-high heat until crumbly, drain fat. Add tomatoes, paste, and seasonings. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
03 - Cook egg noodles until al dente, drain. Toss with sour cream until fully coated.
04 - Layer creamy noodles in baking dish, top with meat sauce, then sprinkle with combined cheeses.
05 - Bake 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly with golden brown cheese. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
