Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, make the sugar cookie mix according to the package instructions. Add a few drops of hot pink food coloring until you reach your desired color. Fold in 1/3 to 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles.

Spray a 9" oven-safe skillet with cooking spray. Press the pink sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom. Break 4-6 Pillsbury™ Lucky Charms™ Cookie Dough pieces into chunks and scatter them over the sugar cookie layer. Sprinkle a few Lucky Charms™ Just Magical Marshmallows on top—not too many, they get a little toasty! Add a few rainbow sprinkles if you'd like.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is still slightly gooey.

Let it cool for a couple of minutes. Serve it warm and top it with green-tinted vanilla ice cream (or the flavor of your choice), extra Lucky Charms marshmallows, and rainbow sprinkles.
