                Put bacon on rack over foil-lined sheet. Start in cold oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.

                Pierce potatoes several times. Oil and salt them. Bake at 400°F about 1 hour.

                Boil 3 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.

                Cut tops, score ends. Layer with cheese, broccoli, and bacon.
              
              
              
                05 - 
                Return to oven 5-10 minutes to melt cheese. Top with sour cream and chives.
