Kitchen Sink Christmas Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - 8 oz unsalted butter, melted and cooled.
06 - 1 1/4 cups dark brown sugar.
07 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
08 - 2 large eggs, room temperature.
09 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
10 - 1 cup holiday M&Ms, plus more for topping.
11 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, plus more for topping.
12 - 1/2 cup broken pretzel pieces, plus more for topping.
13 - 1/3 cup crushed potato chips, plus more for topping.
14 - 2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter and let cool to room temperature, about 20 minutes.
02 - Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
03 - Whisk cooled butter with both sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
04 - Mix in flour mixture with spatula until combined.
05 - Stir in M&Ms, white chocolate, pretzels, chips and sprinkles.
06 - Use 1.5 oz scoop to portion onto lined baking sheet.
07 - Refrigerate dough 1 hour or freeze 30 minutes.
08 - Heat oven to 350°F. Bake 6 cookies per sheet for 13-15 minutes, rotating halfway.
09 - Use cookie cutter to shape hot cookies into circles, add extra toppings while warm.
