Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb lump crab meat, drained
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - ½ cup mayonnaise
04 - ½ cup sour cream
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
07 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
10 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
11 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
03 - Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
04 - Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
05 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
06 - Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
07 - Serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh bread.

01 - This dip can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving for added convenience.
