Jello Meringues Flavored Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large egg whites
02 - ⅛ teaspoon salt
03 - 3 ½ tablespoons desired flavor of Jello gelatin
04 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
05 - 1 tablespoon white vinegar
06 - Sprinkles or mini chocolate chips (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
02 - Beat the egg whites with the salt until frothy in a large bowl.
03 - Add the Jello and sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
04 - Add the vinegar and mix gently. If using mini chocolate chips, gently stir them in.
05 - Spoon or pipe the egg mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
06 - Bake for 30 minutes. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR. Turn the oven off and allow the meringues to remain in the oven for an additional 20-30 minutes.
07 - Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool completely.

01 - Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
02 - The number of meringue cookies will depend on their size.
03 - Experiment with different Jello flavors for varied colors and tastes.
