Spicy Hot Honey Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets (170g or 6 oz each)
02 - 80ml (1/3 cup) hot honey
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 30ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
05 - 5g (1 tsp) smoked paprika
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the hot honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
03 - Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the hot honey glaze generously over each fillet, making sure to coat them evenly.
04 - Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and the glaze is caramelized and bubbly.
05 - Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving.
