Easy Hibachi-Style Zucchini (Print Version)

01 - 2 medium zucchinis
02 - 1 medium onion
03 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
04 - 1 teaspoon minced ginger
05 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
08 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
09 - ½ teaspoon salt
10 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Cut zucchinis into ½-inch square sticks, 2-3 inches long. Quarter onion and slice into ½-inch pieces.
02 - Preheat sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and heat until shimmering, 30-60 seconds.
03 - Add onion and cook about 2 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally.
04 - Add garlic and ginger, stir constantly for 30 seconds until fragrant.
05 - Add zucchini sticks, cook 4-5 minutes, stirring every minute until lightly browned.
06 - Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds. Sauté 1 minute until vegetables are tender-crisp.
