Hawaiian Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Burger Patties

01 - 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
03 - 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt

→ Toppings

06 - 1 can sliced pineapple, drained
07 - 1 large red onion, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rings
08 - 4 slices mozzarella cheese
09 - Teriyaki sauce for drizzling

→ Assembly

10 - 4 burger buns
11 - Cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Mix beef with teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic salt. Form into 4 patties with dimples in center.
02 - Toss pineapple and onion slices with teriyaki sauce.
03 - Grill patties 4 minutes per side to 145°F. Add cheese near end. Grill pineapple, onions, and buns 2 minutes per side.
04 - Let burgers rest 5 minutes. Stack on buns with pineapple, onions, and teriyaki sauce drizzle.
