# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 g lean ground beef
02 - 1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
03 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning (ensure gluten-free)
04 - 1 tablespoon dry minced onion or freshly chopped onion
05 - 60 ml water
06 - 120 g cheddar cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
02 - Add the chopped cabbage, taco seasoning, minced onion (or fresh onion), and water to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
03 - Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is crisp-tender, approximately 10 minutes.
04 - Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the skillet mixture. Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
05 - Serve immediately while hot. Optionally, garnish with additional toppings like diced peppers or shredded carrots.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the taco seasoning is gluten-free if preparing for individuals with gluten sensitivities.
02 - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, though the cabbage may lose its crispness.
