02 - 1 pound ground beef.

07 - 1 teaspoon chili powder.
08 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
09 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
12 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
13 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste.
14 - 1/4 cup beef broth.
15 - 8 large flour tortillas.
16 - 3 cups shredded cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil and cook ground beef with onion until browned, breaking meat into crumbles.
02 - Mix in garlic, peppers, and cook until soft, about 4 minutes.
03 - Stir in all spices, tomato paste, and broth. Simmer until thickened.
04 - Layer cheese and meat mixture on one half of each tortilla. Fold to create half-moons.
05 - Heat skillet, cook quesadillas 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
06 - Let rest 2-3 minutes before cutting. Serve with favorite toppings.
