Place chicken, salsa, lime juice, olive oil, and pepper in ziplock bag. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to overnight.

Lightly oil grill grates and preheat to medium-high heat.

Place sliced peppers in grill basket, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.

Place chicken on one side of grill and peppers in basket on other side. Grill 4-5 minutes per side with lid closed until chicken is cooked through.

Stir peppers occasionally while chicken cooks. They may finish 1-2 minutes before chicken.

Plate chicken and top with additional salsa, mango, pineapple, and optional cilantro.
