Easy Grilled Avocado Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil
02 - 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
03 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
06 - ¼ teaspoon chili powder

→ For Assembly

07 - 6 flour tortilla wraps (8 inches)
08 - ½ cup salsa
09 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 2 avocados

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with spices. Cook 3-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
02 - Let chicken cool, then slice into strips.
03 - Lay out tortillas. Divide salsa, cheese, sliced avocado, and chicken between tortillas.
04 - Fold bottom up, then fold sides over filling.
05 - Cook wraps in skillet seam-side down, 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.

01 - Can use leftover cooked chicken
02 - Best served immediately while warm
03 - Serve with extra salsa or sour cream
