Start large pot of salted water (1 tablespoon salt per 2 quarts water).

Heat oil with garlic, herbs, chili flakes, and parsley until fragrant. Remove from heat.

Cook angel hair 2 minutes. Save some water before draining. Quick rinse to stop cooking.

Toss pasta with herb oil, Parmesan, and pepper. Add pasta water if needed.

Eat right away while hot.
