06 - 2 chicken breasts, sliced into small pieces
07 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
08 - 500ml beef stock

10 - 1 small baguette, sliced into 8, 1-inch pieces
11 - 80g Gruyère cheese, grated
12 - 10g chives, finely sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Place a casserole dish on medium heat and add the olive oil and butter. Once melted, add the sliced onions and fry for 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until they start to caramelize.
