Easy Indian Chicken Curry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 1 small onion, chopped.
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 3 tablespoons curry powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
07 - 1 bay leaf.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
10 - Salt to taste.
11 - 2 chicken breast halves, cut into pieces.
12 - 1 tablespoon tomato paste.
13 - 1 cup plain yogurt.
14 - 3/4 cup coconut milk.
15 - 1/2 lemon juiced.
16 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté onions in oil until brown, add garlic and spices, cook 2 minutes.
02 - Stir in chicken, tomato paste, yogurt and coconut milk, bring to boil.
03 - Reduce heat and cook 20-25 minutes.
04 - Remove bay leaf, add lemon and cayenne, cook 5 more minutes.
