15-Minute Garlic Butter Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
03 - 1-2 teaspoons 21 Salute Seasoning or poultry seasoning
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
05 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
06 - ½ cup white wine or chicken broth
07 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced
09 - 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, optional for garnishing

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add pounded chicken seasoned with 21 Salute, salt, and pepper. Cook undisturbed over medium-high heat for 5 minutes until golden.
02 - Flip chicken and cook second side about 5 minutes until cooked through. Remove to plate to rest.
03 - Deglaze skillet with wine or broth. Add butter and melt, stirring continuously. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
04 - Turn off heat. Return chicken to skillet, coat in sauce, and spoon sauce over chicken.
05 - Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
