Easiest Burrito Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
02 - 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning.
03 - 1½ cups refried beans.
04 - ¾ cup corn kernels.
05 - 3 cups cooked rice.
06 - 6 large flour tortillas (10-inch).
07 - 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - Optional toppings: red onion, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cilantro, guacamole.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Prepare beef with taco seasoning according to package.
03 - Layer each tortilla with ¼ cup beans, ½ cup rice, beef, corn, and cheese.
04 - Fold sides in and roll up. Place seam-side down in dish.
05 - Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes until heated.

# Notes:

01 - Can freeze individually wrapped.
02 - Bake frozen 45-55 minutes.
03 - Black beans can replace refried.
