Crispy Dry Rub Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken wings.
02 - ½ cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
05 - 1 teaspoon chili powder.
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - ½ teaspoon onion powder.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - Cooking oil spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Pat wings dry.
02 - Coat wings with flour and seasonings mixture.
03 - Place on lined baking sheet, spray with oil.
04 - Cook 20 minutes, flip and spray, cook 10 more minutes until crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Can use air fryer at 400°F for 20 minutes.
02 - Internal temp should reach 165°F.
03 - Pat wings dry for best crispiness.
