# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed

02 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
04 - 6 Tablespoons salted butter, melted

→ Glaze

05 - 1 cup powdered sugar
06 - 2 Tablespoons milk

# Instructions:

01 - Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with baking spray and set aside.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine ¾ cup granulated sugar and 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon. Stir to mix evenly.
03 - Place the thawed bread dough into a shallow dish. Make 5 deep slits through the bread without cutting all the way through.
04 - Generously brush the slits with melted butter, coating the insides well, and sprinkle ⅓ of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the bread, focusing on the slits. Pat it in gently.
05 - Flip the bread over, brush generously with butter, and sprinkle another ⅓ of the cinnamon sugar mixture over this side, rubbing it in well.
06 - Flip the bread back over, drizzle with butter, and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on top. Moisten with any remaining butter to ensure minimal dry sugar on the surface.
07 - Place the prepared bread, cut side up, in the baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes.
08 - Preheat oven to 300°F. Bake the bread for 40 minutes, turning it 180° halfway through. Place a sheet tray on the bottom rack to catch any spills, if necessary.
09 - Allow the baked bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Run a butter knife along the edges to loosen if needed.
10 - Whisk together 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 Tablespoons milk until smooth.
11 - Pour the glaze over the warm bread and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
