Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, mozzarella, half of the Parmesan cheese, and the cooked shrimp. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish (a 9×9 inch glass dish works great).

In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Top the shrimp mixture with this breadcrumb blend, ensuring an even distribution.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
