01 - 1 lb medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
04 - In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, mozzarella, half of the Parmesan cheese, and the cooked shrimp. Mix until well combined.
05 - Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish (a 9×9 inch glass dish works great).
06 - In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Top the shrimp mixture with this breadcrumb blend, ensuring an even distribution.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
08 - Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.
