Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
02 - ¼ cup melted butter

→ Filling

03 - 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - ½ cup sugar
05 - ¼ cup melted dark chocolate
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 3 eggs
08 - ½ cup fresh raspberries

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into springform pan.
02 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, melted chocolate, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
03 - Gently fold in fresh raspberries and pour mixture over crust.
04 - Bake for 60 minutes until center is set. Cool completely.
05 - Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
