Dark Chocolate and Nutella Coconut Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 10 tablespoons butter
02 - 3 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
03 - 1 cup sugar
04 - 1/4 cup Nutella
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
08 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper overhanging sides. Spray pan and paper.
02 - Melt butter and chocolate until smooth. Let cool slightly.
03 - Beat eggs, vanilla, Nutella and sugar. Slowly add chocolate mixture.
04 - Sift dry ingredients together, fold into batter without overmixing.
05 - Pour into pan, bake 40 minutes until center is set. Cool before serving.

01 - Parchment makes removal easier
02 - Don't overbake for fudgy texture
03 - Can omit coconut if desired
