Add chicken breasts to bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle au jus and ranch seasoning packets evenly over chicken.

Place butter on top of chicken and add peperoncini peppers.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Shred chicken with two forks and mix with juices. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
