Easy Mississippi Style Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 packet au jus gravy mix
03 - 1 packet ranch dressing mix
04 - ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter
05 - 6 peperoncini peppers

# Instructions:

01 - Add chicken breasts to bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle au jus and ranch seasoning packets evenly over chicken.
02 - Place butter on top of chicken and add peperoncini peppers.
03 - Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
04 - Shred chicken with two forks and mix with juices. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.

01 - Use low-sodium seasoning packets for a healthier version
02 - Add peperoncini juice for extra tang
