Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken (Print Version)

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
06 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - ½ teaspoon dried basil
10 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
02 - Place seared chicken breasts in crock pot.
03 - Whisk together ranch seasoning, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and red pepper flakes in small bowl.
04 - Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese on top.
05 - Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender.
06 - Serve chicken and sauce over pasta, rice, or vegetables.
