01 - 10 red potatoes, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
02 - 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
03 - 14 ounces kielbasa, cut into small slices
04 - 1 small white onion, diced
05 - 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

06 - 10.5 ounces cream of chicken and herbs
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream
08 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - Salt to taste
12 - Pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a lightly greased crockpot, combine diced potatoes, chicken, kielbasa, onions, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken and herbs, sour cream, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Pour the prepared sauce over the potato mixture in the crockpot and stir thoroughly to combine. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 5 hours, ensuring the potatoes and onions are cooked through without overcooking the potatoes.
