Crispy Salmon and Rice Bowl (Print Version)

01 - Fresh salmon fillets with skin on
02 - Cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
03 - Vegetables (steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, or edamame)
04 - Soy sauce
05 - Olive oil
06 - Lemon juice
07 - Minced garlic

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
02 - Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
03 - Place the fillets skin-side down in the hot pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes without moving. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until done.
04 - While the salmon cooks, heat cooked rice in a microwave or pan. Add soy sauce and mix well.
05 - Place salmon fillets on top of the rice. Arrange cooked vegetables around the salmon. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish.
06 - Serve the dish warm and enjoy!
