# Instructions:

01 - Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
02 - In a bowl, whisk eggs thoroughly.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
04 - Dip each salmon cube into the egg mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even layer.
