Creamy Chicken Everyone Will Love (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Gravy

06 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
07 - 4 cloves minced garlic
08 - 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
09 - 1 cup whole or 2% milk
10 - 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
11 - ½ cup sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the chicken in bite size pieces. Mix ranch seasoning, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Season chicken pieces evenly on all sides.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken pieces for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth and bring to a gentle simmer.
05 - Return chicken to skillet, cover, and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream until smooth. Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve.

# Notes:

01 - You can season whole chicken breasts first, sear them, then cut into pieces to retain more juices
02 - Leftovers taste even better the next day
03 - Works well with pork chops or turkey cutlets too
