Easy Cream Cheese Taco Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 (16-ounce) package Velveeta cheese
04 - 1 (16-ounce) jar salsa
05 - 1 jalapeño, minced
06 - 1 packet low-sodium taco seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Brown ground beef in nonstick skillet, drain grease. Transfer to slow cooker.
02 - Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker.
03 - Cover and cook on LOW 1½ to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
04 - Serve warm with tortilla chips.

01 - Use low-sodium taco seasoning to avoid over-salting
