Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 8-ounce wheel brie cheese, rind trimmed
02 - 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

→ Maple Honey Drizzle

03 - ¼ cup packed brown sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
06 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
07 - ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - Pinch of nutmeg
09 - Zest of 1 orange
10 - ½ cup chopped pecan halves
11 - ¼ cup dried cranberries

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Place brie on a rimmed baking sheet or in a 5-inch cast iron skillet. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Place into the oven and bake until softened, about 12-15 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
03 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and orange zest. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until foamy, about 1-2 minutes.
04 - Stir pecans and cranberries into the sauce until well-coated.
05 - Serve brie warm, topped with the pecan mixture. Pair with crackers or sliced baguette.
