Cheesy Crab Rangoon Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese.
02 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
03 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
05 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
06 - 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
07 - 2 (6 oz) cans crab meat, drained.
08 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided.
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped.
10 - 1 clove garlic.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
12 - Extra chives and crushed wontons for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice and Worcestershire until fluffy.
02 - Stir in crab, most of mozzarella, chives, garlic and pepper. Spread in baking dish.
03 - Sprinkle with reserved mozzarella cheese.
04 - Cook for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
05 - Garnish with chives and crushed wontons if desired. Serve hot.

01 - Can prepare ahead before baking.
02 - Serve with wonton chips or crackers.
