Crab & Cheese Crescent Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (8 oz) package refrigerated crescent rolls
02 - 1 (6 oz) can crab meat, drained and flaked
03 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 green onion, finely chopped
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - Optional: additional parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, green onion, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Gently fold in the crab meat until evenly distributed.
03 - Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as indicated by the perforations. Place about 1 tablespoon of the crab and cheese mixture onto the wider end of each crescent roll triangle. Starting at the wide end, roll up each triangle and place them on the prepared baking sheet, with the point side down.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
05 - Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
