                Warm stock in saucepan. Amount depends on your rice type, check package.

                Heat oil in large pan. Cook rice until lightly brown, stirring often.

                Mix in onions and celery, cook until soft. Add seasonings.

                Add hot stock, cover, reduce heat. Cook 15-25 minutes without peeking.

                Remove from heat, keep covered 10 minutes.

                Fluff with fork, mix in parsley.
