Sweet Cinnamon Topped Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ⅓ cup (75g) unsalted butter, softened
02 - ¼ cup (61g) milk
03 - 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 6 ripe bananas, roughly mashed
06 - 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
07 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
08 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
09 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon
10 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt

→ Topping

11 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
12 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - In a large bowl, combine butter, milk, and sugar. Add eggs and mashed bananas, mix until combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
04 - Pour dry mixture into wet mixture and fold together until just combined. Pour into prepared 9-inch loaf pan.
05 - Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over batter.
06 - Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

01 - Use very ripe bananas for best flavor
