Line 8x8-inch dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on sides.

Mix peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until sugar dissolves. Gradually stir in powdered sugar.

Press mixture into prepared dish. Smooth top to create ½-inch thick layer.

Place in freezer until firm enough for cutting.

Cut out hearts using small cookie cutter. Place on parchment-lined tray. Reuse scraps to cut more hearts.

Melt chocolate. Working with a few hearts at a time, dip each in chocolate. Tap fork to remove excess. Place on parchment-lined tray.
