Easy Chocolate Covered Marshmallows (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1-2 (10-ounce) bags semi-sweet chocolate chips
02 - 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil or shortening
03 - 1 (12-ounce) bag standard-size or jumbo marshmallows

→ Optional Decorations

04 - Sprinkles
05 - Contrasting chocolate, almond bark, or candy melts
06 - Lollipop or cake-pop sticks

# Instructions:

01 - Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute, then in 15-second increments, stirring until melted.
02 - Using toothpick, dip each marshmallow in melted chocolate. Remove excess chocolate on bowl edge.
03 - Place on parchment-lined sheet. Add sprinkles immediately if using. Drizzle with contrasting chocolate if desired.
04 - Let set in cool place until chocolate hardens. Store in airtight container.

01 - Use 1 tablespoon oil per 10-ounce bag chocolate
02 - Can use store-bought or homemade marshmallows
