# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Batter

01 - ½ cup unsalted butter
02 - 1 cup dark chocolate morsels
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar
04 - ¾ cup all-purpose flour
05 - 3 large eggs
06 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt

→ Filling and Frosting

07 - 2 packages (7.9 oz each) DOVE® PROMISES Caramel Milk Chocolates
08 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
09 - 2 cups powdered sugar
10 - ½ cup unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
11 - ¼ cup milk
12 - 2 tablespoons caramel sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a mini muffin pan with baking spray and set aside.
02 - In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and dark chocolate morsels. Microwave for one minute, stir, then heat for an additional 30 seconds until smooth.
03 - Add granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, eggs, and kosher salt to the melted chocolate mixture. Blend just until combined. Do not overmix.
04 - Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, evenly divide the brownie batter into the prepared mini muffin tin.
05 - Bake for 11-13 minutes. While baking, unwrap the DOVE® PROMISES Caramel Milk Chocolates.
06 - Once baked, remove brownies from the oven and immediately press one chocolate caramel candy into the center of each brownie. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
07 - In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, milk, and caramel sauce until smooth. This should take about 3-5 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
08 - Pipe or spoon the prepared frosting onto each cooled brownie bite.
09 - Store frosted brownie bites covered at room temperature and enjoy within 3-4 days for the best taste.
