Once baked, remove brownies from the oven and immediately press one chocolate caramel candy into the center of each brownie. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, milk, and caramel sauce until smooth. This should take about 3-5 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

Pipe or spoon the prepared frosting onto each cooled brownie bite.
