Mashed Potato Casserole with Crispy Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Casserole Base

01 - 5-6 cups mashed potatoes
02 - 1 cup corn
03 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, freshly grated

→ Toppings

04 - 8 chicken tenders (homemade or frozen)
05 - Brown gravy (homemade or packet)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. If using frozen chicken tenders, let sit at room temperature 5 minutes to soften for slicing.
02 - Spread warm mashed potatoes in 9x13 casserole dish. Top with corn and cheese.
03 - Slice chicken tenders into desired size pieces and arrange on top of cheese layer.
04 - Bake uncovered for 15 minutes (homemade chicken) or 20 minutes (frozen chicken).
05 - Prepare gravy while casserole bakes. Drizzle desired amount over finished casserole before serving.
