Chicken Caesar Salad Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
02 - ¼ cup (57.5 g) sour cream
03 - ¾ cup (176 g) Caesar salad dressing, plus more for garnish
04 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
05 - ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic salt

→ Toppings

07 - 2 cups (94 g) Romaine lettuce, finely chopped
08 - 1 ½ cups (210 g) rotisserie chicken, shredded and diced
09 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
10 - ¼ cup (25 g) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
11 - ½ cup (20 g) croutons, homemade or store-bought, crushed
12 - 4 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the sour cream, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt. Mix until smooth and fully combined. Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of a medium serving dish.
02 - Layer the Romaine lettuce over the cream cheese mixture.
03 - Season the shredded rotisserie chicken with black pepper, then spread it evenly on top of the lettuce.
04 - Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the chicken, followed by the crushed croutons.
05 - Scatter the crumbled bacon across the top and drizzle with extra Caesar dressing for garnish.
06 - Serve immediately with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
