01 - 1/2 pound ground beef
02 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
03 - 1/4 cup water
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
06 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

07 - 2 large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - In a small skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and water, stir, and cook until liquid evaporates. Alternatively, use 1 cup of leftover taco meat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked taco meat, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mash the mixture together with a fork until well combined. Add salt to taste.
03 - Divide the filling evenly between two tortillas, spreading it to the edges. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the filling.
04 - Roll each tortilla tightly, trim off the ends, and slice each roll into 5 pinwheels using a sharp knife.
05 - Arrange the pinwheels in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 370°F (190°C) for 5 minutes. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauces.
