Garbage Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup diced onion
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
05 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
06 - 2 dill pickle spears, chopped
07 - 8 slices American cheese

→ Base

08 - 11 ounce tube Pillsbury refrigerated French bread dough
09 - 1/3 cup ketchup
10 - 3 tablespoons mustard

→ Topping

11 - 1 large egg, beaten
12 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

→ For Serving

13 - Thousand Island dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Cook ground beef with onion, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
02 - Roll French bread dough into large rectangle on floured surface. Spread with ketchup and mustard, leaving border around edges.
03 - Layer beef mixture, crumbled bacon, chopped pickles, and cheese slices over sauce.
04 - Roll up dough from long side, seal edges. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
05 - Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with Thousand Island dressing.
