Cheddar Bay Ground Beef Cobbler (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Base

01 - 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
02 - 1 yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
04 - 10.5 ounces condensed cheddar soup
05 - 10.5 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

→ Biscuit Topping

08 - 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
09 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 2 cups milk
11 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
12 - Fresh chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Brown ground beef with onions in skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked, crumbling well.
02 - Add soups, milk, and 1 cup cheese to beef. Stir until combined. Transfer to greased 9x13 baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
03 - Mix biscuit mix with cheese and milk until smooth. Pour over beef mixture.
04 - Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes until biscuit topping is browned.
05 - Brush with seasoned butter mixture, let rest 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired.
