Moist Buttermilk Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
04 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
05 - 1¼ cups mashed bananas (3-4 ripe bananas)
06 - ½ cup (113g) butter, softened
07 - 1½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
08 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
09 - ¼ cup buttermilk, room temperature
10 - 2 teaspoons vanilla

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
03 - Mash bananas with a fork in a separate bowl and set aside.
04 - Cream butter and sugar in stand mixer for 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, then buttermilk and vanilla, mixing until just combined.
05 - Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients. Fold in mashed bananas until evenly distributed.
06 - Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 65-70 minutes, until toothpick comes out mostly clean with few crumbs.
