Burrata Dip with Toppings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Burrata

01 - 3-4 large burrata balls
02 - 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar
04 - 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
05 - Red pepper flakes, to taste
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Ground black pepper, to taste

→ For Toppings

08 - 3 tablespoons pesto
09 - 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
10 - 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
11 - 1/4 cup basil, thinly sliced
12 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
13 - Ground black pepper, to taste
14 - Bread, crostini, pita chips, or garlic bread, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat a medium skillet on medium heat and add pine nuts. Toast until golden brown and fragrant, stirring often. Set aside.
02 - In a large shallow round serving dish, add olive oil, drizzle balsamic glaze, add garlic, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
03 - Make cuts in the burrata balls so they are oozing stracciatella and arrange them on top of the oil.
04 - Top with pesto, sun dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, basil, balsamic glaze, and freshly cracked pepper.
05 - Serve immediately with bread for dipping, plates, utensils, and napkins.
