Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3 cups shredded chicken breast, cooked
02 - 1 cup Frank's RedHot Original sauce
03 - 1½ blocks cream cheese, cubed and softened
04 - ¾ cup ranch dressing
05 - 1¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1¼ cup colby monterey jack cheese blend

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat to 400°F. Heat chicken and hot sauce in skillet. Add cream cheese and ranch. Mix in half the cheeses, top with remainder. Bake 15-20 minutes.
02 - Combine all ingredients. Cook on low 2-3 hours or high 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
03 - Sauté ingredients until combined. Pressure cook 5 minutes, quick release.
04 - Mix ingredients, place in oven-safe dish. Cook at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.

01 - Use room temperature cream cheese
02 - Can substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch
