Breakfast Pizza with Sausage Gravy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Biscuit Crust

01 - 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - 1 tablespoon melted butter

→ Sausage Gravy

03 - 1 pound breakfast sausage, crumbled
04 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour
05 - 2 cups milk
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
08 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
09 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
10 - Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Toppings

11 - 4 large eggs, scrambled
12 - 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
13 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease round pizza pan or baking sheet.
02 - Flatten biscuit dough into circle on pan, pinching edges to form border. Brush with melted butter.
03 - Bake 10-12 minutes until golden. Remove from oven.
04 - Cook sausage until browned. Sprinkle with flour. Gradually add milk and seasonings. Simmer 5-7 minutes until thickened.
05 - Scramble eggs until just set but still soft.
06 - Spread gravy over crust. Top with scrambled eggs and cheese.
07 - Return to oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
08 - Garnish with parsley if desired. Slice and serve hot.
